Alex moved to Barbados permanently in 2000, following many years of enjoying family vacations on the island. He originally arrived to spearhead the development of Villas On The Beach, later overseeing the completion of Coral Cove and launching the Beachlands project.In 2009, Alex transitioned into real estate to offer a truly bespoke service for buyers seeking expert guidance. Recognizing how complex the market could be, he established a comprehensive, “hand-holding” approach to help clients seamlessly purchase and manage their properties.

Having lived in Barbados for more than two decades, Paul understands what makes the island such a special place to live, work and invest. His aim is to make the property journey as straightforward and enjoyable as possible while building lasting relationships with his clients.
As our lead Property Manager and Barbados sales agent, Paul combines his extensive knowledge of Barbados and its communities with a practical, hands-on approach to property sales and management .
He has a background in professional sports including coaching at Arsenal Football Club in England, 15 years’ experience in education and has worked with high net worth clients whilst working at Sandy Lane Hotel.
